Former Governor of Abia State and Senate Committee Chairman on Privatization and Commercialization, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, has commiserated with the government of Delta State over the death of a former member of the House of Representatives, who represented Ika federal constituency of Delta State, Dr Cairo Ojougboh.
Kalu, in a condolence message on Thursday , acknowledged the good deeds of the deceased and urged the government of Delta State to take solace in the fact that the late Cairo left behind remarkable legacies for his family and loved ones.
The former governor also conveyed his condolences to the family of the deceased
Kalu said, “I condole with Governor Sheriff Oborevwori over the demise of Cairo Ojugboh ,
“The deceased was a man of courage and determination who was passionate about the welfare of the people.He will be remembered for his good deeds.
“Our prayers and thoughts are with the family of the deceased and government of Delta state during this period of grief.”
Kalu prayed to God for peaceful repose of soul of Cairo
