The German cycling team has extended a sportsmanship gesture to Nigerian cyclist Ese Lovina Ukpeseraye, at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Ukpeseraye, who was unexpectedly called up to compete in the keirin and sprint events, faced a major hurdle when she arrived without a bicycle.
On social media, Ukpeseraye expressed her gratitude and shared her challenging experience.
In a post on X, she revealed that Team Nigeria had not provided her with a bicycle in time for the events hence she has to borrow from the German team.
