Nnamdi Kanu's Community Women Protests his Continued Detention, Demands his Immediate Release

Women from Isiama Afara Ukwu, Umuahia, Abia State embarked on a peaceful protest today over the continued detention of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of Indigenous People Of Biafra, IPOB.

Daily9jaInfo recalled that Kanu has been in the custody of the State Secret Service since he was extraordinary renditioned from Kenya by the Nigerian government.

The IPOB leader has been on trial despite the Appeal court granting him bail.

In a video obtained by Daily9jaInfo, the women were singing a song and displaying the portrait of Mazi Kanu, asking the federal government to free him.
