University of Port Harcourt lecturer has been caught on camera sexually harassing a female student in his office.
In a video uploaded on X formerly known as Twitter by @phspecials, the lecturer whose name was mentioned was seen fondling the female student inside in his office.
The case of sexual harassment by University lecturers has been one of the most prevalent issues in the country, the cases where the lecturers are being arraigned and some dismissed.
