Following the political chaos going on in oil rich Rivers State between former Governor Nyesom Wike and his political godson, Governor Sim Fubara, Lawyer and Activist, Chetam Nwala has made some revelations.
Speaking in an interview on Arise TV Morning Show, Nwala said what could have led to the political chaos in Rivers State is unconnected to former Governor Wike’s demand in the State allocation.
According to the lawyer, Wike, who is now the Federal Minister of FCT, had asked Governor Sim Fubara, whom he helped to be elected as Rivers State governor to give him 25% of the State allocation.
He went further to say, the governor had objected but agreed to give Wike 10% instead.
“Wike demanded 25% of Rivers state allocation. Sim Fubara even offered to give him 10%. 10% of Rivers money!” — Chetam Nwala said on Arise TV on Tuesday.
